TAT begins the business day AFTER your order is placed. (Ex. If you order on Sunday, TAT will begin Monday unless its a holiday.) and does not include SHIPPING times. Shipping times with USPS and UPS will vary. Ship times are never included in TAT and are never guaranteed. Once your package leaves our hands, it is 100% up to the carrier as far as how quickly it arrives to you.
We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost parcels from our shipping partners.
Once your label is printed, you will receive a tracking # emailed to you. We drop off and have package pickups daily Tuesday-Fridays. Please allow 24 hours for your label to show movement. We do not hold packages. They will always be dropped off within 1 business day from your label and tracking assigned.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We do not accept returns. All sales are considered final sale.

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 7 business days. No refunds. Due to the limited quantities available of each style, we cannot guarantee available of an exact item to be exchanged.
Red tagged/Red lined/ Clearance merchandise is not valid for any return option and as always is considered final sale.
