Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 7 business days. No refunds. Due to the limited quantities available of each style, we cannot guarantee available of an exact item to be exchanged.

Red tagged/Red lined/ Clearance merchandise is not valid for any return option and as always is considered final sale.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, an incorrect item, or damaged merchandise you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Lovely Closet Boutique reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not follow the guidelines listed above. If denied, merchandise will be shipped back at the cost of the customer.

STORE PICK UP ORDERS: Please be prompt in picking up your online/app/phone orders. We are excited you shopped with us and know you'll love your items! If an order remains not picked up for 1 year from purchase date, the items will be donated to local charity of our discretion.

ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED: Once an order leaves our facilities we are no longer responsible for those items. If an order is missing please first reach out to the carrier. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is packaged and shipped out. If added insurance or delivery requiring a signature is preferred, please contact us immediately upon placing your order. Additional fees may apply. We are happy to add this added peace of mind to your purchases. Any order totaling over $300 we will always reach out to you to confirm if you'd prefer your order shipped requiring a signature or added insurance.
