Returns for Store Credit Only
Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the date you receive it. Items received after this time period will be denied. Returns MUST be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition with tags attached and accompanied with original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received your package your store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when order was placed and store credit will be issued electronically. Store credit can be used in store and online. Store credit expires 30 days after date of issue.
Returns may be shipped back via the carrier of the customer's choice. Any associated fees for return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, an incorrect item, or damaged merchandise you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Lovely Closet reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not follow the guidelines listed above. If denied, merchandise will be shipped back at the cost of the customer.
