Online Returns for Store Credit Only

Merchandise purchased online may be returned for store credit in the form of an electronic gift card only within 7 days of the date you receive it. Items received after this time period will be denied. Returns MUST be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition with tags attached and accompanied with original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received your package your store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when order was placed and store credit will be issued electronically. Store credit does not expire and may be redeemed online, in store and at pop up shop events with gift card code sent to email address provided in customer’s account when order was placed.

Returns may be shipped back via the carrier of the customer's choice.  Any associated fees for return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, an incorrect item, or damaged merchandise you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. 

The Lovely Closet reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not follow the guidelines listed above. If denied, merchandise will be shipped back at the cost of the customer.
